Proprietor Thomas English comes from a family of cooks.  The Alabama native who arrived in Colorado Springs by way of Orlando knows that fresh food and friendly service go hand in hand.

The restaurant's casual, low-key atmosphere gives it a down home feeling.  Because it's a family affair, your warm greeting comes from owners Thomas or Stephanie, or one of their children.  "We are customer service oriented," states Thomas.  "Even Jamal, our nine year old, goes from table to table checking to be sure our customers are alright!"

The community has responded to the award-winning restaurant by voting it BEST SEAFOOD in the Gazette's "Best of the Springs" in 2005, 2006, and 2007. English Dockside is grateful for the support and endeavors to continually be an active part of the community by giving back to the community by way of donations and even offering the restaurant for private fundraisers.  Read more about our
